How Our Fellowship works?

Three months. One real project. A portfolio to show for it.

You design, execute, and publish a real climate project — with an organization or community you choose.

Month 1 — Design & Scope

Choose your organization and the problem you'll tackle, get matched with a mentor, and scope your project and approach.

Month 2 — Execute & Engage

Do the real work — your consulting analysis, research, or on-ground project — alongside the organization you're serving.

Month 3 — Deliver, Publish & Showcase

Finalize your professional deliverable, publish it with a DOI on ARforEarth Research, and present at the cohort showcase.

Pick Your Focus

Every fellow works on one real project in the focus that fits them best. Choose the path that matches your goals — you bring the organization or community, we help you make it count.

Sustainability Consulting & Strategy

Partner with a real organization — an NGO, school, startup, or business — and deliver professional sustainability advisory: a carbon footprint assessment, ESG readiness report, or CSR strategy. You leave with: a consulting-grade report, published as a Case Study with a DOI — real proof you can do advisory work.

Research & Policy

Investigate a climate, environment, or sustainability question and produce original research or a policy analysis.
You leave with: a published Working Paper or Policy Brief on ARforEarth Research — citable, DOI-assigned, indexed globally.

On-Ground Project & Impact

Plan and lead a real climate project in your community — a cleanup, plantation, or awareness campaign — building and leading your own team. You leave with: a completed project plus a professional impact report (data, photos, metrics), published with a DOI.

What you walk away with

Anyone can start a project. Almost no one finishes it, does it credibly, publishes it, and can prove the impact. That's what the Fellowship gives you.

A Published Paper — with a DOI

Your work is published on ARforEarth Research and indexed on Zenodo, SSRN, and Google Scholar — permanently citable. Something you genuinely can't do alone.

A Professional Deliverable

A consulting-grade report, research paper, or impact report — a real portfolio piece that stands up to any recruiter or consulting firm.

A Verifiable Certificate

An official ARforEarth Fellowship certificate — signed, verifiable, and ready for your CV and LinkedIn.

Real Mentorship

Guidance from our mentor network and advisors — people who've built real climate work and know how to make yours credible.

Measurable Impact

Data-backed, real-world results you can point to — the difference between "I care about the planet" and "I did this for it."

A Global Network + Path to Leadership

Join a worldwide cohort. Top fellows become Campus Ambassadors, Core Team members, or lead a chapter in their own country.

Mentored by People Who've Done It

Our fellows are guided by a network of accomplished mentors and advisors — founders, researchers, and recognized changemakers who help make your work credible and impactful.
