About these services
ARforEarth is a sustainability organization based in India. Our current information, learning and workspace services are free to use. These terms describe the conditions for using them, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the services.
Accounts and access
An account is optional. You can use the guest workspace without signing in. Google sign-in is available as an authentication option. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the activity you authorize. Sign out when using a shared device and contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Your content and saved work
You retain your rights in the content you add. Only upload or enter material that you are authorized to use and that you may lawfully provide for the relevant feature. Using the workspace allows ARforEarth and its service providers to process that content as needed to provide the features you choose, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Saving content in a private workspace does not publish it.
When you are signed in, workspace records, your saved profile photo display copy and extracted document text are saved to your private account workspace. Guest records remain separate unless you explicitly import a backup into your account. Original uploaded files remain in the browser where you added them; they are not synchronized to other devices. Signing in does not upload your guest workspace automatically.
Keep independent backups. Workspace exports include records, the saved profile photo display copy and extracted text, but exclude original files. Download and keep original files separately. Clearing browser data, using a different browser or device, or losing access to a browser profile can make locally stored work unavailable.
Responsible use
Do not use the services for unlawful activity, harassment or abuse, to infringe another person’s rights, or to upload harmful code. Do not attempt unauthorized access to another person’s records or disrupt the service. Use your own account and respect the privacy of others.
Learning, research and tools
Starter course material is draft educational content. Workspace completion records reflect recorded lesson progress; they are not accredited qualifications or independently assessed, server-verified credentials. Saving a fellowship proposal does not submit an application or guarantee admission. Confirm current cohort arrangements with the team.
Document checks and the extractive assistant help you work with available text. They do not independently verify facts, research quality, originality or publication readiness. WattWise calculations and other modeled results are illustrative estimates, not professional engineering, financial or other advice. Check assumptions and obtain appropriate expert advice before acting on a result.
Availability and changes
Features and content may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. Do not rely on the workspace as the only copy of important material. If these terms change, the updated text and date will appear on this page. Other websites linked from ARforEarth have their own terms and privacy practices.
Stopping use and requesting deletion
You can stop using the service at any time. Signing out ends your current signed-in access; it does not delete your account or its saved records. Clearing workspace records is also different from deleting an account. For account deletion or related requests, email aneesh@arforearth.org. We may need to verify that a request comes from the account holder before acting on it.
Your rights and questions
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you have questions about these terms, contact aneesh@arforearth.org or visit our contact page.
