A Message from the President 

At AR for Earth (AR Group) , we define success by the positive impact we create on society and the environment. This unwavering commitment is woven into the daily operations, products, and actions of our entire organization. Our dedication to sustainable practices and ethical conduct is the cornerstone of our achievements.

This Code of Conduct outlines the core principles and regulations that guide our daily activities. It encompasses all the crucial sustainability factors essential for our long-term success. While these principles and rules are designed to be all-inclusive, the Code also references existing policies and charters that contribute to our ethical framework.

Following these principles is mandatory for every AR for Earth employee. The AR for Earth Board of Directors' Sustainability Committee will oversee adherence to these established guidelines.

Our leadership team is firmly committed to actively promoting these values within their respective areas of responsibility.Additionally, every department head, along with their employees, is expected to embrace and embody this shared ethics framework. This collective commitment will ensure AR for Earth's long-term prosperity.

Governance

To cultivate a strong and pervasive ethics culture, AR for Earth has established a robust governance structure that aligns with our company profile, operational realities, and decentralized operating model. This structure comprises the following entities:

  • Sustainability Committee of the Board of Directors: This committee monitors adherence to the company's social, environmental, and climate values. Its key responsibilities include:

    • Assisting the Board in establishing AR for Earth's primary sustainability strategy.

    • Developing and implementing rules of conduct for both employees and leadership.

    • Overseeing compliance with these established rules and systems.

  • AR for Earth Leadership Team: Our leadership team spearheads the company's commitments in the areas of ethics, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability.

  • Department Heads: Department heads are responsible for disseminating the Code of Conduct's principles within their teams and ensuring proper application by employees.

  • Sustainability Task Force: This cross-functional group supports and coordinates the implementation of AR for Earth's strategic sustainability objectives. It leverages a network of experts who actively contribute to sustainability initiatives and provide data for reporting purposes.

  • Ethics and Compliance Department: This department steers and coordinates AR for Earth's ethics and compliance approach. It is supported by a network of department-level representatives.

Application and Dissemination of the Code of Conduct

Compliance with laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of ethics, environmental and social responsibility, is fundamental to AR for Earth's credibility and actions. This Code of Conduct applies to all AR for Earth employees and must be distributed across all departments and entities. It should be supplemented by department-specific codes and policies.

The Code of Conduct is available for download in multiple languages on the AR for Earth website and company intranet.Each manager is responsible for embodying the Code's commitments and actively promoting them within their teams.Every employee bears the personal responsibility to comply with these commitments in all situations.

If an employee faces uncertainty regarding a particular situation or the interpretation of the principles, they are encouraged to seek clarification from their manager, department ethics representative, or the Director of Ethics and Compliance. Failure to comply with the Code's principles or related policies may result in disciplinary actions up to and including dismissal.

Alert System

AR for Earth fosters a culture of open communication. We have established a confidential reporting system to encourage employees to report potential violations. Any employee who encounters a situation that might violate applicable laws,regulations, or the principles set forth in this Code or departmental policies is encouraged to report it promptly to Human Resources or their department ethics representative.
